We can all have better health and we can be free of disease. We can be whole physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually- as this is our Divine right. We must place our own health and our own healing back into our own hands. We must take back the power to heal ourselves. If we ever hope to achieve better health, we must start by being brave enough and wise enough to change the two most important contributing factors: our dietary habits and our mental habits. It is crucial to change our point of view. We must first remember and believe that no matter who we are and no matter what state our health is presently in, WE CAN ABSOLUTELY CHANGE AND IMPROVE OUR HEALTH.
